STAN Solutions applies its expertise in engineering, manufacturing, sensor technologies and network systems to assignments in hostile territories, homeland security initiatives and custom projects that require reliable, robust solutions and equipment.

Assignments in hostile territories: The innovative team of leaders at STAN Solutions has designed, set up, improved and expanded a robust, wireless mesh network – TACTI-NET – in Iraq. We maintain and troubleshoot the network 24/7 and provide related equipment and training.

The TACTI-NET system consists of GPS-enabled military handhelds, tablet computers, access points, peripheral cameras, and a flat, mobile, broadband wireless network. The system provides real-time Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), video, situational awareness for ground personnel, and a Tactical Operations Center (TOC) for manned or unmanned aircraft and vehicles.

Our company designs and builds installation solutions for TACTI-NET mobile devices used in Stryker armored vehicles, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) armored vehicles and Humvees. We also provide support for these TACTI-NET devices.

STAN Solutions is one of the U.S. military’s major contributing partners to Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Homeland security initiatives: We pride ourselves on helping to protect the homeland by providing support in high-risk areas using the same robust technology we administer in Iraq. In 2006, we provided security support at the Super Bowl.

Custom projects: STAN Solutions also has answers for specialty ventures. Examples include:

  • radio frequency interference analyses and site surveys
  • custom fabrication – in quantity – of rugged, robust equipment for tactical environments
  • electrical/electronic engineering designs
  • mechanical design and engineering

In addition, our robust, military-grade products can be customized to meet a variety of needs.
